What we collect

• Contact and company details you submit in talent requests or candidate applications.
• Scheduling details when you book a call (e.g. via Calendly): name, email, meeting time, and optional Q&A answers.
• Technical metadata such as IP address and consent timestamp when you accept this policy on our forms.

Why we process data

• To respond to hiring requests and candidate applications.
• To schedule and run discovery / screening calls.
• To create or update records in our CRM (Zoho CRM) so our team can follow up.
• To keep evidence of privacy consent where required.

Legal basis

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely primarily on consent (form checkbox or an explicit Calendly consent question) and/or legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries you initiate.

Sharing

We may share relevant data with processors that help us operate the service (hosting, email, scheduling, CRM). Lead information from booked calls may be synced to Zoho CRM. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep inquiry and booking records as long as needed for the hiring relationship or follow-up, then delete or anonymize them according to our internal retention schedule, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent. Email business@northbridgetalents.com to exercise these rights.
